 Deposits

After signing the agreement and providing your deposit, the full amount of your deposit will be refundable for the next 24 hours. After 24 hours, the full amount of your deposit becomes non-refundable.

Product Returns

All products offered by QE Building Co. are made to order and, as such, are non-returnable. If you have an issue with your product or your product was damaged during shipping, please contact your project manager for assistance.
